Delegates who will be participating at the General Assembly are requested to arrange for travel insurance for the period of stay in Japan as a precautionary measure to cover the costs related to any unforeseen incidences like medical emergencies incurred during the assembly. National movements are informed to pay attention to this matter. The APAY or the National Council of YMCAs of Japan will not be responsible for any such emergency expenditures of the delegates, national movements have to bear the responsibilities.
