Participants of the Youth Assembly need to arrive only at Narita Airport, on 31 August 2019, the venue of the Youth Assembly being in Tokyo city. All other international participants are requested to book their flights to Narita Airport, or at Haneda Airport arriving on 2 September 2019 and depart on 6 September 2019. Arrangements have been made to receive all participants at Narita and Haneda Airport and bring them to the Assembly venue at Tozanso by bus. Please send us your flight details as soon as your flights are confirmed.

 

All youth participants are requested to book their flights to arrive on 31st August at Narita Airport. They will then continue with the General Assembly which will be held on 2-6 September 2019 at the YMCA International Youth Center Tozanso, Gotemba, Japan. Those departing on 6th September will be included in the arranged transport to the airport. For those who have additional stay in Japan either before or after the official Youth Assembly and General Assembly dates, please make your necessary arrangement for transport. Once confirmed, please send your flight details to APAY. 

 

There will be no extra costs for the youth delegates to participate in the Youth Assembly. They need to pay the registration fee, participation fee and accommodation cost for participation at the General Assembly.
